NELL Pro Builder

The Pro Builderexperience

We don't hand you a report and wish you luck. We validate the idea, generate every playbook, and put an operator team in the trenches with you.

The outcome

Idea → first revenue

Step 01 · the validation gate

You only onboard once NELL says you're ready.

  • Problem + value prop proven
  • Buyer ICPs defined
  • Lead sources mapped
  • Social + brand foundation
  • NELL score clears the bar
02

Validate the idea

Quick Validate
60-second viability read - score, go / refine / pivot, and the top next moves.
DeepValidate
11-dimension sourced scoring, TAM/SAM/SOM with citations, 8–12 named competitors, a CAC/LTV model and an investor-ready PDF.
Prior Attempts
The real companies that already tried this, with verified operating status and cited causes. Outcome evidence, not opinion.
ICP Survey
NELL designs the buyer survey, you share one link, 50 screened buyers answer - it returns a scored go / kill verdict.
03

Plan the launch

GTM Strategy
All 21 Launchpad sections: ICP, positioning with three message variants, pricing tiers, channel mix with CAC, defensibility plan.
MSP (Minimum Sellable Product) + Wireframe
The smallest thing someone will pay for - spec plus a clickable multi-screen wireframe you can demo in 60 seconds.
Outreach Playbook
Persona-by-persona cold email and LinkedIn sequences, written for budget owners rather than for everyone.
Design Partners
Target list, intro scripts and a 90-day Prove → Build → Scale roadmap with weekly milestones.
04

Inside the GTM sprint

Two tracks,every week

Once you clear the gate, two operator tracks run in parallel - one manufactures attention, one converts it into meetings. Both are fed by the playbooks you already ran.

Track one · one-to-many

Demand creation

Outbound into zero reputation gets ignored. Every surface here is a place a buyer can independently verify you exist, work, and know the domain - before they answer an email.

Launch surfaces
Product Hunt · Hacker News · RedditConcentrated bursts of qualified attention, and an indexed page that keeps referring traffic long after launch day.
Communities
Discord · Slack · students · professors · researchersPractitioners adopt before organisations buy. Community gives you honest users who stress-test the product for free.
Founder presence
LinkedIn · X · GitHubEvery cold message gets background-checked within a minute. A live profile and a real repo are what turn a stranger into a reply.
Search & content
SEO · blog · keywords · GA4The one channel that keeps compounding after the sprint ends - and the analytics that decide which track gets next month’s hours.
Credibility & proof
Podcasts · reels · YouTube · on-site validationThird-party voices carry conviction your own posts cannot. Reliability is the objection in the AI era - teach it publicly instead of claiming it.

Track two · one-to-one

Personal outreach

Attention doesn't convert itself. Track one earns the right to be replied to; track two is where a named human is asked to buy - weekly, with the founder in the room.

Weekly operator meeting
One hour. Decisions, not status - last week's numbers set this week's target.
ICP list
Named accounts, named buyers, and the signal that makes each one reachable now.
Personalised messages
Written per signal, per persona. Templates are why founders conclude outbound is dead.
Outreach, run with you
Email, LinkedIn and calls - sent, sequenced and followed up four-plus touches deep.
Demos booked
Meetings land on your calendar. You run the product; we run the pipeline into it.
GTM + PMF execution plan
Owned jointly and re-cut every month.

The weekly rhythm

Repeats every week of the sprint
Monday
Plan. Targets set per track, owner named per task.
Midweek
Pulse. Drift flagged the week it happens, not at month end.
Friday
Reflect. What converted, what dies, what the kill-switch says.
Monthly
Re-cut. Channel mix and ICP rewritten against real reply data.

What we promise - and what we don't

0 → 1 support means any stage of the product to first revenue. It is support, not a guarantee of revenue. The average GTM sprint runs four months and often longer, because the market sets the pace. We'd rather say that in week 0 than in week 12.

What NELL does

  • Runs the validation, GTM, PMF, Sales, Lead Gen and MRR Execution work, and red-teams its own output.
  • Turns the strategy into a 12-Week Operator Runbook - a specific plan for each week, against one motion.
  • Researches your named accounts and drafts the outreach for each one.
  • Reviews the week with you at office hours and re-cuts the plan when the evidence moves.

What you do

  • Show up weekly: a Monday plan, a mid-week pulse, a Friday reflect. The runbook assumes that rhythm.
  • Send the outreach and take the calls. NELL writes them; a founder still has to be the one talking to buyers.
  • Build and ship the product against the spec, with your own team or your own AI tooling.
  • Make the calls. NELL argues for a direction with evidence; the decision stays yours.

The commitment. Plan on four months and a weekly cadence you can actually keep - the 12-week runbook and the 12-week MRR tracker both run on a founder showing up each week, and neither works run monthly. Scope and cost are agreed on the call, because no two engagements have been the same shape.

Sales-led - scope and cost agreed on a call.
